实验表明,球墨铸铁稀土硼共渗既能强化表面层,又能改善基体组织:对球墨铸铁共渗较有效的稀土成分是稀土镁;球墨铸铁表面共渗层的性能与铸造质量有关,同时还要选取适当的共渗温度以减少变形。
