群众文化事业是一项公益性社会文化事业,加强群众文化建设,对满足人民群众的精神文化需求、规范社会文化市场的方向以及促进三个文明与和谐社会建设方面有着极其重要的作用。然而,就目前情况看,我国文化建设还远远不能广大群众的精神文化需求,与全面建设小康社会的要求也不相适应。鉴于此,本文在分析当前群众文化建设中存在问题的基础上,提出了加强群众文化建设的思路和对策。
Mass cultural undertakings are a public welfare social and cultural undertaking. Strengthening mass cultural construction plays an extremely important role in meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses, standardizing the direction of social and cultural markets, and promoting the building of the three civilizations and harmonious society. However, judging from the current situation, the cultural construction in our country is far from being able to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the general public and is not compatible with the requirement of building an overall well-to-do society. In view of this, on the basis of analyzing the existing problems in the mass culture construction, this article puts forward the ideas and countermeasures to strengthen the mass culture construction.
