目的:研究超滤对身痛逐瘀汤镇痛抗炎效果的影响,考察超滤技术用于该汤剂纯化的可行性。方法:以小鼠痛阈提高率,扭体潜伏期及15 min内出现的扭体次数、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀度为评价指标,考察超滤技术处理对身痛逐瘀汤镇痛抗炎效果的影响。结果:身痛逐瘀汤具有较好的镇痛抗炎效果,小鼠最大痛阈提高率(106.2±28.1)%,扭体潜伏期(355.1±42.8)s,15 min内出现的扭体数(30.8±7.7)次,二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀抑制率41.27%,各指标与对照组相比均具显著性差异,20 nm和50 nm膜超滤液与未滤液相比镇痛抗炎效果无显著性差异。结论:超滤技术可用于身痛逐瘀汤的纯化工艺,超滤膜孔径应≥20 nm。
