新时期我国经济社会进入了高质量发展阶段,大力推进县域经济的全面品牌建设是促进我国城乡区域经济实现全面现代化宏观目标的必然选择.福建省南平市浦城县率先开启县域全面品牌建设的先河,显示了该县县党委和县政府在新时代的超前意识.遵循城乡区域经济发展的一般规律和全面品牌战略有效服务和助推城乡区域经济发展高质量发展的客观要求,从县域经济性质、全面品牌战略要素的来源、未来发展方向和顶层设计的最终目标等方面,分析浦城县实施全面品牌强县战略的基本条件和优势.在此基础上,提出浦城县推行全面品牌强县战略的基本思路、指导思想与原则,以及总体目标和实施步骤.
