随着大学毕业生就业压力的加大,社会的发展需求对我国普通高校的教育模式提出改进方向,尤其是在大学体育教育上,需要对传统的教育模式进行变革创新,要求学生全面健康发展的同时,还需要培养心理健康和社会压力承受适应能力。户外拓展训练就是参与人通过户外活动,走出较为封闭的校园,交流在户外拓展的感受,然后对整个过程进行反思归纳,从而提升参与人的新环境适应能力、自主解决问题能力和团队能力,培养心理承受能力,最终应用到工作和生活之中。通过高校开展户外拓展训练可以增强学生的自信心,培养学生的想象力和创造力,提高学生发现问题解决问题的能力。本文通过户外拓展训练的起源、内容和特点,分析研究普通高校开展户外拓展训练的意义。

In this paper, the origin, content and characteristics of outdoor expansion training are analyzed and the significance of carrying out outdoor expansion training in colleges and universities is analyzed and studied.
