目的对泽漆脂溶性成分进行研究。方法将泽漆用95%乙醇渗漉提取后再用石油醚萃取得到脂溶性成分,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对其进行分析和鉴定。结果从泽漆中共分离鉴定出24种成分,占流出峰总面积的87.93%。主要成分依次为24-亚甲基环木菠萝烷醇(21.84%)、棕榈酸(15.79%)、羽扇豆醇(10.91%)、乙酸羽扇醇酯(10.51%)、棕榈酸乙酯(7.35%)、羽扇烯酮(4.20%)和β-谷甾醇(3.14%)。结论为进一步探讨泽漆药理作用及合理利用该植物资源提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To study the lipid-soluble components of Ze paint. Methods The lacquer was percolated with 95% ethanol and then extracted with petroleum ether to obtain the fat-soluble components. The components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results A total of 24 components were isolated and identified from Zeqi, accounting for 87.93% of the total peak area. The main components were 24-methylenecycloartanol (21.84%), palmitic acid (15.79%), lupeol (10.91%), lupine acetate (10.51%), ethyl palmitate (7.35% ), Lupine (4.20%) and beta-sitosterol (3.14%). Conclusion The results provide a scientific basis for further exploring the pharmacological effects of Zechel and rational utilization of the plant resources.
