近年来我国移动通信事业发展速度令世人瞩目。随着移动电话用户数量的迅速增加及市场竞争局面的出现,移动电话运营商迫切需要一个结构合理、功能完善、反应灵活的业务管理系统,为移动电话业务提供强有力的支撑。自1994年起,联想集成开始移动电话计费、结算、营业、帐务和客户服务等支撑系统的研发,并形成产品化的移动电话运营支撑应用软件——“超越-2000移动电话业务综合管理系统”。多年来,联想集成在上述软件的设计、开发、测试和维护等工作中积累了许多感受和体会,下面进行简单介绍。
In recent years, the development of China’s mobile communications industry has attracted worldwide attention. With the rapid increase in the number of mobile phone users and the emergence of market competition, mobile phone operators urgently need a business management system with reasonable structure, complete functions and flexible response to provide strong support for mobile phone services. Since 1994, Lenovo has started the research and development of supporting systems for mobile phone billing, settlement, business, account and customer service, and has formed a product-based mobile phone operation support application software - “Beyond -2000 Mobile Phone Business Integrated Management system”. Over the years, Lenovo integrated in the above software design, development, testing and maintenance work accumulated a lot of feelings and experience, the following a brief introduction.
