目的:探讨葡萄糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)在人喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达情况,分析GRP78在其发生发展中的作用。方法:免疫组织化学法检测GRP78在90例人喉鳞状细胞癌组织、配对癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织中的表达,并分析其与患者性别、肿瘤分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移的关系。结果:GRP78在人喉鳞状细胞癌组织、配对癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织中的阳性表达率分别为86.67%、32.22%、8.89%,三者的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GRP78的表达与人喉鳞状细胞癌的分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移均密切相关(均P<0.05),与性别无关(P>0.05)。结论:GRP78在人喉鳞状细胞癌中呈高表达,表达水平随癌组织恶性程度的增高而增高,可能参与了人喉鳞状细胞癌的发生发展过程。
Objective: To investigate the expression of glucose regulatory protein 78 (GRP78) in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and to analyze the role of GRP78 in its occurrence and development. Methods: The expression of GRP78 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 90 cases of human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, paired paracancerous tissue and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues. The relationship between GRP78 and sex, tumor differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis was analyzed . Results: The positive rates of GRP78 expression in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues, matched para-cancerous tissues and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues were 86.67%, 32.22% and 8.89%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05) . The expression of GRP78 was closely related to the differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (all P <0.05), but not with sex (P> 0.05). Conclusions: GRP78 is highly expressed in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its expression is increased with the malignant degree of the cancer tissue, which may be involved in the occurrence and development of human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
