在内径60mm、高1200mm的玻璃流化床中,对含油污泥-石英砂双组分混合颗粒进行了流化行为研究.结果表明,含油污泥颗粒因含油量较高,粘性较大,无法实现单独流化,掺入一定比例石英砂颗粒后,可平稳流化.随着含油污泥量增加,气速降低时颗粒从流化状态到固定床状态的转变为渐变过程,流化效果变差.采用Kumar-Gupta公式的形式对颗粒混合物重新进行拟合,获取新的公式参数,对最小流化速度umf的预测误差在5%以内.
In a glass fluidized bed with an inner diameter of 60mm and a height of 1200mm, the fluidized behavior of two-component mixture of oil-bearing sludge and quartz sand was studied.
