一、研究简介“斥责”学生也是一种教育和教学方法。但用什么方法来斥责学生,什么方法效果好却是要认真研究的。有人根据家长对孩子的“斥责”方法进行的归纳,“斥责”可以分“直接的斥责”和“间接的斥责”两大类。“直接的斥责”是直接指出当事人的不当行为并进行批评的方法,而“间接的斥责”是不直接指出当事人的不当行为并进行批评的方法。“间接的斥责”又可以大致分为以下14种类型:(1)引伸的方法:即把错事的结果说出进行斥责的方法,如“这时不好好听,以后就更听不懂了”;(2)类比的方法:即与类似的错事说出进行斥责的方法,如“临阵脱逃可不是好兵”;(3)说明理由和依据:即把斥责的理由说出进行斥责的方法。如“老师可是为你好”;(4)惩罚的预告:即用对错事的惩罚方法进行斥责的方法,如“再做不好,罚跑一圈”;(5)反向命令:即用反话命令进行斥责的方法,如“再这样,就别来上学了”;
