参茸鹿胎丸是由干漆等二十一味中药材,经加工制成。用于治疗脑血栓,脑瘀血后遗症,肢体偏瘫,手足麻木,语言障碍等。本文以方中细贵药材红参为其定量指标,采用高效液相色谱法,选用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(21:79)为流动相;检测波长为203nm,流速:1.000ml/min,理论塔板数按人参皂苷Rg1峰计算应不得低于2500。其人参皂苷Rg1的标准曲线:Y=19.7448+174.8048xr=0.9997,由此确定人参皂苷Rg1在0.250~6.250μg范围内呈良好线性,平均回收率(n=5)人参皂苷Rg199.26%,RSD2.2%。表明该方法灵敏度高,重现性好,结果准确、可靠。
