The superheat limit of mixture of liquids is determined on the basis of fluctuation theory of statistical thermodynamics. By the help of derived relations and P-R Equation of State the superheat limits of 10 groups of binary mixture of liquids were calculated and compared with the experimental data offered by the reference. The average deviation between calculated values of superheat limit and experimental ones is less than 1.78% and the maximumdeviation is less than 3.88%. The expressions given in the paper are universal and applicable for any mixture of liquids to predict their superheat limit.
