目的 研究复方中药对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后感觉神经元超微结构的变化。方法 雄性SD大鼠 12只 ,根据术后用药的不同随机分成中药组与对照组 ,每组 6只大鼠。选择左侧坐骨神经切断加近端神经双重结扎的模型。于术后 7、14、2 8d取L5背根神经节 ,按常规方法制成切片后 ,在电镜下观察感觉神经元的变化。结果 对照组的背根神经节感觉神经元 ,其超微结构随着时间的推移 ,线粒体肿胀 ,及线粒体嵴、基质丢失 ,细胞核逐渐变小 ,核质淡渐稀疏 ,卫星细胞与神经元从紧密相连到与其分离。中药组神经元的超微结构基本正常。结论 复方中药对周围神经损伤后相应的感觉神经元有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the changes of ultrastructure of sensory neurons after sciatic nerve injury in rats. Methods Twelve male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and control group according to the difference of postoperative drug use. Each group contained 6 rats. The model of left sciatic nerve transection and double ligation of proximal nerve was selected. The L5 dorsal root ganglion was taken at 7, 14, and 28 days after surgery. After being sectioned according to conventional methods, changes in sensory neurons were observed under electron microscope. Results In the control group, the ultrastructure of dorsal root ganglion sensory neurons, mitochondria swollen with time, mitochondrial ridges and stroma were lost, the nucleus gradually became smaller, the nucleoplasm gradually became sparse, and satellite cells and neurons became tight. Connected to and separated from it. The ultrastructure of neurons in the traditional Chinese medicine group is basically normal. Conclusion Compound Chinese medicine has a certain protective effect on the corresponding sensory neurons after peripheral nerve injury.
