目的探索输液残留液的分析方法 ,为医患纠纷处置提供依据。方法采用药品标准中各成分的检测方法 ,通过与对照品溶液、参比溶液、空白溶液比较,确定残留液中是否含有头孢哌酮钠、地塞米松磷酸钠、氯化钾。结果输液残留液中含有注射用头孢哌酮钠和醋酸地塞米松磷酸钠,不含有氯化钾。结论本法适用于输液残留液分析,为处置同类样品提供了分析思路。
Objective To explore the analytical method of infusion residual liquid to provide the basis for the dispute disposal between doctors and patients. Methods The detection methods of each component in the drug standard were adopted to determine whether the residual liquid contained cefoperazone sodium, dexamethasone sodium phosphate or potassium chloride by comparison with the reference solution, the reference solution and the blank solution. Results infusion solution containing cefoperazone sodium injection and dexamethasone acetate sodium phosphate, does not contain potassium chloride. Conclusion This method is suitable for the analysis of infusion residual liquid and provides an analytical approach for handling similar samples.
