班组建设是团队建设,要取得1+1>2的效果,这是普遍的共识。于是基于班组的团队建设,就出现了许多理论上的推演和实践上的操作。但是在实践中,人们往往把团队与和谐、团队与家文化相提并论;进而,把团队和谐、家文化与一团和气等量齐观。于是,在实践中大家把团队建设的重点放在“有趣”上,想方设法让员工觉得工作不再乏味,甚至把旅游和岗位上听音乐、健身等作为福利激励员工。实际上,如果拿不到理想的薪酬,这些福利都是徒劳的。
