所谓桩筏基础就是指桩基与筏板基础的简称,是由多个单体桩基与一块承台板构成的一种基础结构形式,由承台板将建筑的整体荷载传递给各个桩基,再由桩基将荷载传递分散。这种地基处理方式主要应用于建筑施工现场土质层较弱的建筑工程施工中。现主要探讨了在软土地基上进行主裙楼建筑工程施工中,桩筏基础的整体设计分析。以某建筑工程为例,通过阐述工程概况,对建筑工程的基础工程设计进行了初步分析,并就主裙楼建筑的桩筏基础的整体设计进行了分析探讨。

This foundation treatment is mainly used in construction of the construction site soil weak construction engineering. This paper mainly discusses the overall design and analysis of piled raft foundation in the construction of main podium building on soft soil foundation. Taking a building project as an example, this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the basic engineering design of the building project by expatiating on the general situation of the project, and analyzes the overall design of the piled raft foundation of the main podium building.
