Objective: To investigate the changes of plasma noradrenalin (NA), adrenaline (ADR), atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and rennin activity (PRA) in the rapid 4 500 m plateau. Methods: Using the hypoxia chamber to simulate the rapid advance of 4 500 m plateau for 22 h, 43 healthy young men received intravenous blood collection before entering the plateau and simulating the plateau for 22 h.
