本文阐述了我国行政投诉制度的历史渊源和沿革,分析了我国行政投诉制度的现状。指出当前我国的行政投诉表现为,一方面是细化职能,突出重点,作用明显;另一方面存在着大量的非制度化的状告式投诉,负面作用极大,应予以纠正。 This article elaborates the history and evolution of China’s administrative complaint system and analyzes the status quo of China’s administrative complaint system. It points out that the current administrative complaints in our country are as follows: on the one hand, it is to refine the functions, give prominence to the key points and have an obvious effect; on the other hand, there are a large number of non-institutional sued complaints, which have extremely negative effects and should be corrected.
