目前,由于出现了一股“文凭热”,大有否定短训的趋势。近年来,我们地区在几所中等专业学校中增设了短训班,时间半年,对解决财会人员青黄不接问题起了一定作用。但是,近来有些单位认为拿不到中专文凭,就不派人去学。实践证明短训班培训在职人员,时间短,收效快,能解决目前工作上的急需,是符合多渠道培养人才的原则的。问题是如何进一步办好短训班,如何去逐步提高它。我认为中
