目的:探讨无机填料对粘接性树脂粘接强度与破坏韧性的影响,同时对4℃和60℃冷热循环试验的影响进行探讨.方法:选用临床常用的不含无机填料及无机填料含量不同的粘接性树脂为对象,采用抗拉粘拉试验及破坏韧性试验方法,分别对冷热循环试验前后各材料的粘接强度及破坏韧性加以测试比较.结果:无机填料的有无及含量多少对粘接性树脂的粘接强度无显著影响,但对粘接性树脂的破坏韧性的影响有显著性,即无机填料的填加会使破坏韧性值降低.冷热循环测试结果表明:无机填料的填加可提高粘接性树脂的粘接耐久性.结论:粘接性树脂应该科学适量地添加无机填料.“,”Objective:Our paper was to investigate the effect of inorganic filler contents on the adhesive strength and fracture toughness of adhesive resins on adhesion to dentin. At the same time, the effect of 4℃/60℃ caloric test was studied.Methods:The adhesive strength and fracture toughness of different adhesive resins, which have different amount of filler contents, were investigated by means of tensile bonding strength and fracture toughness test before and after thermal cycling test. Results:The amount of inorganic filler contents had no significant effect on the adhesive strength, but it could affect the fracture toughness significantly. Fracture toughniss decreased when the amount of inorganic filler contents was increased.Results of the thermal cycling test showed that the endurance of adhesive resin was improved by adding inorganic filler contents.Conclusion:Inorganic filler contents should be properly added to the adhesive resin.
