为在高速公路收费中应用手机支付方式,研究手机支付的相关技术及实现方式。手机支付也称为移动支付,分为远程支付和本地支付,高速公路收费中的手机支付为本地支付,应用近距离非接触RFID技术。目前手机支付技术实现方案主要有:RFSIM/UIM卡、NFC、e-NFC和双界面卡SIMPass支付解决方案,其中SIMPASS方案是在国内应用最多的方案。通过对比、分析,双界面卡SIMPass方案具有工作频段的兼容性和通用性好、正在进行国内标准的制定、得到国内大多数运营商和相关厂家的支持、有成功的应用和使用经验等特点,可做为高速公路收费中手机支付采用的技术方案。基于SIMPass技术制定了高速公路收费中手机支付操作及交易流程方案,提出了高速公路收费系统应用手机支付时对现有收费软件和机电系统的改造方案。实现手机支付在高速公路收费中的应用。
