目的:研究2型糖尿病周围动脉病的相关危险因素。方法:2型糖尿病患者64例行64排MSCT扫描检查下肢动脉,根据结果分为周围动脉病组41例和无周围动脉病组23例,比较2组一般资料、体格检查、生化检查结果。结果:周围动脉病组与无周围动脉病组的年龄、糖尿病病程、收缩压、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和肌酐水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示危险因素为年龄。结论:2型糖尿病患者周围动脉病的发生与年龄、病程、收缩压、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和肌酐水平呈正相关,危险因素是年龄。
Objective: To study the related risk factors of peripheral arterial disease in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Sixty-four patients with type 2 diabetes underwent 64-slice MSCT scan of the lower extremity arteries. According to the results, 41 patients with peripheral arterial disease and 23 patients without peripheral arterial disease were divided into two groups according to general data, physical examination and biochemical test results. Results: There were significant differences in age, duration of diabetes, systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and creatinine between peripheral arterial disease group and non-peripheral arterial disease group (P <0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis The risk factor is age. Conclusion: The incidence of peripheral arterial disease in type 2 diabetic patients is positively correlated with age, duration of disease, systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and creatinine. The risk factor is age.
