报道了掺 Er3 + 光纤激光器输出 1.531μm波长飞秒激光脉冲增益放大的实验研究结果。将自起振相加脉冲锁模掺 Er3 + 光纤激光器输出的飞秒激光脉冲注入掺 Er3 + 光纤放大器中进行放大 ,分别采用正向和逆向抽运的方式 ,得到了最高放大倍数 55倍 (17.4 d B)和 6 4倍 (18.1d B)的增益 ,对应的最大单脉冲能量 (峰值功率 )分别为 0 .384 n J(752 W)和 0 .4 52 n J(12 95W) ,脉冲重复率为 2 0 .84 MHz。正向和逆向抽运放大后输出的最短激光脉宽分别为 50 1fs和 30 9fs
The experimental results of gain amplification of 1.531μm femtosecond laser pulses output by Er3 + - doped fiber lasers are reported. The femtosecond laser pulse output from the self-oscillating phase-adding Er3 + -doped fiber laser was injected into the Er3 + -doped fiber amplifier to amplify it. The forward and reverse pumping modes were used to obtain the maximum magnification of 55 times (17.4 dB) and 6 4 times (18.1d B), the corresponding maximum single-pulse energies (peak powers) are 0 .384 n J (752 W) and 0 .4 52 n J (12 95 W), respectively The rate is 20.84 MHz. The shortest laser pulses output after forward and reverse pumping are 50 1fs and 30 9fs, respectively
