目的:观察益气养阴基本方对直肠癌放疗后气阴两虚证患者的治疗作用及对其免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2007年6月—2009年1月宁夏医科大学附属医院放疗科住院治疗的直肠癌放疗患者68例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例。对照组只采用放疗,治疗组放疗期间服用益气养阴基本方,随证加减,疗程为1个月。观察两组患者放疗前、放疗后30天气阴两虚证证候积分,并在放疗前后各测一次IL-2和TNF-α,观察放疗、益气养阴基本方对两组患者免疫功能的影响。结果:两组患者放疗后气阴两虚证侯积分均有升高,与放疗前比较,P<0.05;放疗后对照组气阴两虚证候积分升高较明显,与治疗组比较,P<0.05;两组患者放疗后IL-2和TNF-α都出现降低,而治疗组下降较少(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴基本方可以有效改善直肠癌患者放疗期间出现的气阴两虚证候积分和患者免疫功能,减轻放疗副作用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangyin Fufang Recipe on patients with Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome after radiotherapy of rectal cancer and its effect on immune function. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with rectal cancer treated by radiotherapy department of Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from June 2007 to January 2009 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group only used radiotherapy. The treatment group took the basic prescription of Yiqi Yangyin during radiotherapy, with the addition and subtraction of the card, the course of treatment was 1 month. Before and after radiotherapy, the scores of syndromes of deficiency of both qi and yin deficiency syndrome were observed before and after radiotherapy. IL-2 and TNF-α were measured before and after radiotherapy. The effects of radiotherapy and Yiqi Yangyin prescription on immune function influences. Results: Hou Hou points of Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome increased after radiotherapy in both groups, P <0.05 compared with those before radiotherapy. The scores of Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome increased significantly in the control group after radiotherapy. Compared with the treatment group, P <0.05. The levels of IL-2 and TNF-α decreased after radiotherapy in both groups, but decreased less in the treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The basic prescription of Yiqi Yangyin can effectively improve the points of qi and yin deficiency syndrome and immune function in patients with rectal cancer during radiotherapy and relieve the side effects of radiotherapy.
