目的研究中鼻甲解剖变异,探讨其与前组鼻窦炎的关系。方法分析754例患者的鼻窦冠状CT,从中分出正常组(A组)227例,前组鼻窦炎组(B组)527例。统计A、B两组中中鼻甲气化、反常曲线中鼻甲、直形中鼻甲三种解剖变异的发生率,并分析其与前组鼻窦炎的相关性。结果直形中鼻甲在A组与B组间分布差异有统计学意义(P<0·05);中鼻甲气化、反常曲线中鼻甲在A、B两组中分布差异无统计学意义(P>0·05),但中鼻甲气化中的泡性中鼻甲在两组中的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论直形中鼻甲与前组鼻窦炎的发病有关;中鼻甲气化、反常曲线中鼻甲与前组鼻窦炎的发生无相关性,但中鼻甲气化中的泡性中鼻甲易导致前组鼻窦炎的发生。
Objective To study the anatomical variation of middle turbinate and to explore its relationship with sinusitis in the former group. Methods A total of 227 patients with normal sinusitis (group A) and 527 patients with anterior sinusitis (group B) were enrolled in this study. The incidences of three anatomical variations of middle turbinate and middle turbinate in the middle and middle turbinate gasification and abnormal curves in A and B groups were statistically analyzed and their correlations with the former group were analyzed. Results There was significant difference in the distribution of straight middle turbinate between group A and group B (P <0 · 05). There was no significant difference in the distribution of middle turbinate between groups A and B in middle turbinate gasification and abnormal curve (P > 0.05), but there was a significant difference in the distribution of vesicular middle turbinate in middle turbinate gasification between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions Straight middle turbinate is related to the incidence of sinusitis in the former group. There is no correlation between the turbinate middle turbinate and the anterior sinusitis in the middle turbinate gasification and anomalous curve. However, the vesicular middle turbinate in middle turbinate gasification easily leads to the anterior sinuses The occurrence of inflammation.
