以甘蓝型油菜2105、2107、2109和2117品系的种子无菌萌发后扩繁获得的二倍体无菌苗和小孢子培养所获单倍体再生植株扩繁形成的单倍体无菌苗为供试材料,研究了不同NaCl浓度胁迫对离体培养的单倍体和二倍体茎端群体生长的影响。结果表明:培养基中添加0.4%NaCl导致供体材料的鲜重增加率上升;0.8%NaCl显著降低供体材料的增殖率,NaCl浓度升至1.2%~1.4%时,供体材料的存活率明显下降。NaCl胁迫对单倍体材料生长的抑制作用大于二倍体材料。
