本文报道了５例创伤性假性动脉瘤，对其动脉数字减影血管造影（ＩＡＤＳＡ）的表现，病因，形成机制进行了分析，并对如何进行ＩＡＤＳＡ的选择及其意义进行了讨论。
In this paper, five cases of traumatic pseudotumor aneurysms were reported. Their manifestations, etiology and mechanism of digital subtraction angiography (IADSA) were analyzed. The selection of IADSA and its significance were also discussed.
