目的:对国内开发睾丸酮微球长效注射剂进行初步可行性研究。方法:以生物降解医用材料乳酸(LA)乙醇酸(GA)共聚物(PLGA,LAGA8∶2)为载体,用溶剂挥发溶剂萃取法制备含睾丸酮的PLGA微球,并通过体外药物释放试验评价睾丸酮PLGA微球的药物缓释作用。结果:采用溶剂挥发溶剂萃取法可得到收率、粒径大小和分布及含药量均满意的睾丸酮PLGA微球。结论:睾丸酮PLGA微球有望成为新的睾丸酮长效制剂。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct a preliminary feasibility study on the long-term injection of testosterone microspheres in China. METHODS: PLGA microspheres containing testosterone were prepared by solvent evaporation-solvent extraction (PLGA, LAGA8: 2) biodegradable medical material. Release test to evaluate the sustained release of testosterone PLGA microspheres. RESULTS: Testosterone PLGA microspheres with satisfactory yield, particle size, distribution and drug content were obtained by solvent evaporation and solvent extraction. CONCLUSIONS: Testosterone PLGA microspheres are expected to become the new testosterone depots.
