为研究不同耕层、不同生育期土壤营养因子变化规律,在通化集安北五味子种植基地以人工栽培4年的北五味子土壤为研究对象,采用常规方法测定土壤养分含量。结果表明:0~20 cm土层的养分含量均高于20~40cm土层;土壤速效氮磷钾在生育前期均呈上升趋势,到浆果成熟期,含量显著下降,但后3个生育期变化不明显;0~20 cm土层与20~40 cm土层土壤速效养分含量差距明显较土壤有机质和全氮大;不同深度土层全氮量变化规律大致相同,前期高,后期低,降低幅度不大。
In order to study the variation of soil nutrient factors in different tillage and different growth stages, the soil samples were collected from the cultivated base of Schisandra chinensis in Tonghua Ji’an north of China for four years. The results showed that the nutrient contents in 0 ~ 20 cm soil layer were higher than those in 20 ~ 40 cm soil layer. The contents of available N, P, K in soil increased at the early growth stage, but decreased significantly at the mature stage of the berry, The difference of soil available nutrient content in 0-20 cm soil layer and 20-40 cm soil layer was obviously larger than that of soil organic matter and total nitrogen. The variation law of total nitrogen content in different depth soil layers was roughly the same. Not big.
