现代化在快速推进人类文明的同时,也把人类社会带入到高风险和多危机的阶段。中国的社会转型,具有强烈的时空压缩性,传统、现代与后现代以及本土与全球等交织在一起。西方社会在传统社会向现代社会转型过程中存在的风险在中国大量出现了。面对新的历史条件,怎样才能稳步地推进我国的现代化?回答是:党正视腐败蔓延的政治风险,努力加强党的建设,推动党内和谐;直面利益冲突的社会风险,提倡社会和谐;应对和平崛起的国际风险,促进世界和谐。
