利用大气等离子喷涂技术在45钢基体上制备了WC复合涂层,采用Ml-10摩擦磨损试验机研究了涂层在干摩擦条件下摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:涂层比基体耐磨性高很多,未出现硬质相的剥落;涂层具有典型的“软基体加硬质相”耐磨组织结构,Ni包Al粉末的加入强化了软相,涂层在干摩擦条件下表现出来比较优良的耐磨性;由于气孔不可避免存在于涂层,涂层磨痕在气孔处出现断裂和塌陷现象,因此提高涂层致密性能降低涂层磨损率。
The WC composite coating was prepared on the 45 steel substrate by atmospheric plasma spray technique. The friction and wear properties of the coating under dry friction condition were investigated by Ml-10 friction and wear tester. The results show that the wear resistance of the coating is much higher than that of the matrix, and no peeling of the hard phase occurs. The coating has a typical “soft matrix plus hard phase” wear structure. Soft phase, the coating showed good wear resistance under dry friction conditions; due to stomatal inevitability exists in the coating, the coating wear marks in the pores at the fracture and collapse phenomenon, thus enhancing the densification of coatings to reduce the coating Wear rate.
