文章通过对公路企业固定资产管理中存在的问题的介绍、分析,提出了固定资产管理的要求。公路企业固定资产管理是企业管理中的一个重要组成部分,固定资产具有价值高、使用地点分散、管理难度大等特征。如何科学有效地搞好固定资产管理、确保其安全和完整,充分发挥其效能,实现增值保值,对提高公路企业的社会效益和经济效益,增强企业的竞争力,无疑是十分重要的。
