细胞间粘附分子-1(Intercellular adhesionmolecule-1,ICAM-1)又称CD54,其属于粘附分子免疫球蛋白超家族(Ig SF)。ICAM-1主要表达于细胞表面,主要功能是介导细胞间粘附。ICAM-1可以稳定细胞膜结构,调控细胞形态,参与细胞迁移、粘附和极化过程。已有研究表明:ICAM-1在肿瘤的发生、发展等多个环节发挥着十分重要的作用;但是,ICAM-1在肿瘤中的具体作用和机制尚不明确,亟须进一步的研究。文章就ICAM-1参与肿瘤发生发展的研究进展进行综述。
Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), also known as CD54, belongs to the adhesion molecule immunoglobulin superfamily (Ig SF). ICAM-1 is mainly expressed on the cell surface and its main function is to mediate cell-cell adhesion. ICAM-1 can stabilize the cell membrane structure, regulate cell morphology, participate in cell migration, adhesion and polarization process. It has been reported that ICAM-1 plays a very important role in many aspects such as tumor occurrence and development. However, the specific role and mechanism of ICAM-1 in tumor are not clear yet and further study is needed. This article reviews the progress of ICAM-1 involved in tumor development.
