党风廉政建设是各级领导十分重视,职工群众普遍关心的民心工程,新闻舆论监督在这方面起着不可或缺的巨大作用。 一、新闻舆论监督的特点 在我国监督体系的六大监督中(党内监督、立法监督、司法监督、行政监督、民主监督、舆论监督),与其他监督形式相比,舆论监督既具有很强的政治性和政策性,又具有群众性强、辐射面广、时效性快、透明度高、震慑力大等特点,具有其他监督形式不具备的特点和不可替代的作用。中央电视台《焦点访谈》的横空出世,使电视观众把它看作一把针砭时弊、弘扬正气的“正义之剑”,在提高新闻单位权威性的同时,使观众和媒体充分意识到了新闻舆论监督的特点和威力。
