在花药培养诱导获得的小麦花粉植株中,据报导通常出现各种突变的类。但关于小麦花粉植株中出现雄性全不育株及其后代的育性表现则尚未见有报道。这里介绍我们对一个花粉雄性不育株及其后代表现的初步观察结果。 1976年从普通小麦品种间杂交6609×欧柔组合的花药培养中获得一个雄性不育株。该植株系自然加倍,扬花时长期开颖不闭,花药瘦瘪,不能开裂散粉。镜检表明,花粉内仍有部分正常花粉。由于自然异花传粉的结果,该植株当代全株整穗结实,子粒饱满。到第二代,在整个群体中出现了包括株高、株型、叶型、叶色、穗型、育性、熟期
Among the wheat pollen plants induced by anther culture, it has been reported that a variety of mutated classes often occur. However, there have been no reports on the fertility of male sterile plants and their progenies in wheat pollen plants. Here are our preliminary observations on the performance of a pollen-male sterile line and its offspring. In 1976, a male sterile line was obtained from the anther culture of common wheat variety 6609 × Ou Rou combination. The plant naturally doubled, flowering when the open open long-closed, anther thin, can not crack loose powder. Microscopic examination showed that pollen still has some normal pollen. Due to the natural cross-pollination results, the whole plant contemporary whole plant full-spike, full grain. To the second generation, appeared in the entire population, including plant height, plant type, leaf type, leaf color, panicle type, fertility, maturity
