财政部门作为政府的综合经济管理部门,不仅是“统筹城乡发展示范区”建设的重要参与者,更应是推动者,肩负着重要使命。财政如何围绕“统筹城乡发展示范区”建设发挥职能作用,是摆在我们面前的崭新课题。以科学发展观为指导,开拓思路,敢想敢试,创新财政体制机制,积极探索适应“统筹城乡发展示范区”建设要求的财政改革创新之路,是财政部门的必然选择。
As an integrated economic management department of the government, the finance department is not only an important participant in the “overall planning of urban and rural development demonstration zones”, but also an important promoter of the government. How finance can center itself around the function of “coordinating urban and rural development demonstration zones” is a brand new task before us.
