Eating breakfast is always accompanied by health risks, including high blood pressure, obesity, and a variety of unhealthy lipids. A Harvard study analyzed the health records of 27,000 men at the start of the study, all health care professionals aged 45-82. The research team spent 16 years looking for lifestyle links (such as omitting breakfast) and health. Men who eat breakfast are 27% more likely to have a heart attack or die of coronary heart disease than breakfast, and are more likely to be single, smoking, working full time, drinking more alcohol, being younger, being physically active
