作为知识的承载者——知识型员工的寻找、拥有、培养、保持和发展已成为知识经济时代企业人力资源管理的重心。因此,研究知识型员工的满意度问题具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文阐述了知识型员工满意度的相关概念,从知识型员工自身和企业管理的角度出发,分析影响其满意度的原因,以及提升知识型员工满意度的策略。
As the carrier of knowledge, the search, possession, cultivation, maintenance and development of knowledge workers have become the focus of enterprise human resources management in the age of knowledge economy. Therefore, to study the satisfaction of knowledge workers has important theoretical and practical significance. This article elaborates the related concepts of knowledge workers’ satisfaction, analyzes the reasons that affect their satisfaction from the perspective of knowledge workers and the management of enterprises, and the strategies to improve the satisfaction of knowledge workers.
