本文对围产型多囊肾伴多囊肝四种病理分型的观察发现肾脏多囊改变可发生在不同肾小管处，形态表现不一。肝脏病变为胆管扩张，其扩张程度表现出随妊娠次数增加而加重，并在不同病理分型表现出扩张程度轻重不一。全身多发性多器官畸形在四种病理分型均有出现。患儿生后即死亡是由于肾脏发育异常，肺脏组织结构破坏，肾功能衰竭，伴有肺泡气血交换受阻而致。
In this paper, perinatal polycystic kidney disease with polycystic liver four pathological type of observation found that changes in the kidney can occur in different tubules at different morphological manifestations. Liver lesions become bile duct dilatation, the extent of its expansion showed increased with the increase in the number of pregnancies, and in different pathological types of expansion showed varying degrees of severity. Multiple body multiple organ deformities in all four pathological types have emerged. Death after childbirth is due to abnormal kidney development, destruction of lung tissue structure, renal failure, obstruction caused by the exchange of alveolar blood gas.
