推导了自然曲线坐标系下时间平均的多组分扩散方程。引入施密特数Sc与路易斯数Le来求解质量扩散系数。在原程序基础上,增加了对冷气组分扩散方程的求解,以及多组分对比热和气体常数的影响。然后用改进的程序对某型两级带冷气喷射的涡轮叶栅进行了全三维N-S方程数值求解,计算结果与采用原程序的结果进行对比,表明在冷气掺混计算中考虑组分扩散影响后,涡轮内流场结构以及热力参数都有了很大的不同。
The time-averaged multicomponent diffusion equation in the natural curvilinear coordinate system is deduced. The Schmidt number Sc and the Lewis number Le are introduced to solve the mass diffusion coefficient. On the basis of the original program, the solution to the dispersion equation of the cool air component is added, and the effect of the multi-component contrast heat and the gas constant is added. Then a full two-dimensional NS equation is solved by a modified program for a two-stage turbine cascade with air-cooled injection. The calculated results are compared with the results of the original program. It shows that after considering the effect of component diffusion , Turbine flow field structure and thermal parameters have been very different.
