对宁夏发生6起临床怀疑为牛传染性支原体肺炎的疫情进行诊断。采集牛肺脏病变区和牛鼻腔棉拭子,采用RT-PCR法和序列比对进行初步鉴定和诊断。结果表明,外调牛经长途贩运后,1周内可发病,肺脏呈大理石样变,病原在同群牛之间可迅速传播。调查结果表明,在引进牛群时应对引进牛逐只进行牛传染性支原体肺炎检测;不要从疫区引进牛;对阳性牛扑杀和无害化处理,同时对检测阴性牛紧急隔离可以有效阻止疫情扩散和蔓延。
