采用离子交换方法制备掺杂SnO_2/Cr_2O_3的聚酰亚胺复合薄膜,利用XRF,XRD,SEM和TG等测试方法对其进行表征和分析,并以亚甲基蓝为目标降解物考察其光催化活性,研究了Sn、Cr掺杂量以及热处理温度、时间对薄膜光催化性能的影响.结果表明,Sn~(2+)和Cr~(3+)的物质的量比为1:9、总离子浓度为0.1 mol/L、热处理温度为480℃,保温4 h时制得的复合薄膜对亚甲基蓝光催化降解效率最高为95%.
The polyimide composite films doped with SnO 2 / Cr 2 O 3 were prepared by ion exchange method. The composite films were characterized by XRF, XRD, SEM and TG. The photocatalytic activity of the films was evaluated by methylene blue as degradation target. The effects of Sn and Cr doping amount, heat treatment temperature and time on the photocatalytic performance of the films were investigated. The results showed that the molar ratio of Sn 2+ to Cr 3+ was 1: 9, the total ion concentration was 0.1 mol / L, heat treatment temperature of 480 ℃, incubated 4 h prepared composite film methylene blue photocatalytic degradation of the highest efficiency of 95%.
