我们滁县地区位于皖东江淮之间的丘陵地带,南靠长江,北濒淮河。全区13327.5平方公里土地,有8915.8平方公里属淮河流域。因此,对淮河流域水系的治理,是我区农田水利基本建设的重点。近些年来,我区结合黄淮海农业综合开发,对淮河流域水系进行了大规模综合治理。13年间修建各种水利工程4万处,水库工程蓄水总量由8.4亿立方米增加到15.5亿立方米;有效灌溉面积由52万亩增加到98万亩,新增旱涝保收面积80万亩;1555万亩水土流失面积有1087万亩得到了治理。13年完成的工程总量和产生的总效益,超过1949年至1978年近30年的工程总量和总效益。
We Chu area is located in the hilly area between Anhui East JAC, south of the Yangtze River, North Huaihe River. The region 13327.5 square kilometers of land, 8915.8 square kilometers belong to the Huaihe River. Therefore, the management of the Huaihe River Basin water system is the key point of the irrigation and water conservancy construction in our district. In recent years, with the comprehensive development of Huang-Huai-Hai agriculture in our district, we conducted a large-scale comprehensive management of the Huaihe River Basin water system. In the past 13 years, 40,000 water conservancy projects were constructed and the total reservoir water storage capacity increased from 840 million cubic meters to 1.55 billion cubic meters. The effective irrigation area increased from 52 million mu to 98 million mu, 15.55 million mu of soil erosion area of 10.87 million mu has been treated. The total amount of works completed and the total benefits generated in 13 years surpassed the total amount of works and total benefits of nearly 30 years from 1949 to 1978.
