复合降糖乳粉(下称复合乳粉)是以脱脂乳粉为基质,强化γ-亚麻酸及锌Zn4mg%)、铬(Cr3+)等而成。动物实验结果:复合乳粉对正常大鼠血糖无影响。灌胃第5周时,中、高剂量复合乳粉组(剂量分别6.67g/kgbw和13.33g/kgbw)对四氧嘧啶所致高血糖大鼠血糖有明显降低作用,(高血糖模型组36.82,中剂量组28.45,高剂量组29.20mmol/L),并改善由四氧嘧啶所引起的高血糖大鼠的糖耐量。(灌胃葡萄糖后2小时,高血糖模型组33.89,中剂量组31.77,高剂量组30.34mmol/L)。人体试食试验是30例Ⅱ型糖尿病人食用复合乳粉(40g/d),一月后,空腹血糖平均下降(1.45±1.17)mmol/L,餐后2小时血糖下降(2.34±2.85)mmol/L,其中显效4例占13.3%,有效16例占53.3%,无效10例,总有效率达63.3%,而30例服用鲜牛奶(250g/d)的对照组的空腹血糖平均下降(0.39±0.78)mmol/L,餐后2小时血糖下降(1.09±0.7)mmol/L,显效为0例,有效7例,总有效率达23.3%,无效23例。实验组与对照组能量摄入分别为(7.01±1.96)及?
