为提高产能,对圆坯连铸机进行了提拉速工业试验,测定了试验钢种20G的高温力学性能,对二冷设备进行了改造,对钢水过热度、结晶器振动参数及二冷配水等工艺参数进行了调整。试验结果表明,使用改造后的设备和工艺,Φ150mm圆坯连铸拉速可由原来的2.0m/min提高到2.5m/min,铸坯表面温度合理,质量良好。
In order to increase the productivity, the round billet caster was subjected to an industrial test of pulling speed. The mechanical properties of the 20G steel were tested and the secondary cooling equipment was modified.
