本文报道测定甘草酸的二次微分示波计时电位法,并用计算机与示波分析仪联机进行数据采集和处理.甘草酸在PH=4.30~4.80HAC—NaAc缓冲溶液中有较好的示波图形,峰电位E1/2=-1.40V,甘草酸浓度在1.0×10-5~8.0×10-5mol/L之间二次微分振幅与其浓度成线性关系,检测限8.0×0-6mol/L.此法快速、准确,应用于药物甘草甜素片中甘草酸含量的测定,结果令人满意.
This paper reports the determination of glycyrrhizic acid by the second differential oscillometric chronopotentiometry, and computer and oscilloscope online data acquisition and processing. Glycyrrhizic acid had good oscillogram in PH = 4.30 ~ 4.80HAC-NaAc buffer solution, the peak potential was E1 / 2 = -1.40V and the concentration of glycyrrhizin was 1.0 × 10-5 ~ 8. 0 × 10-5mol / L between the second derivative amplitude and its concentration into a linear relationship, the detection limit of 8.0 × 0-6mol / L. This method is fast and accurate and is applied to the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in tablets of licorice tablets. The results are satisfactory.
