目的通过对先天性心血管畸形(CCVD)胎儿腹腔横切面的超声特征进行分析,探讨腹腔横切面在胎儿CCVD筛查中的价值。方法对诊断为CCVD的207例胎儿腹腔横切面,按降主动脉、下腔静脉、奇静脉的异常特征分为位置异常型、奇静脉增宽型、数目增多型和混合型4个类型,就不同类型腹腔横切面和CCVD的相关性进行分析。结果本研究腹腔横切面异常23例,其中位置异常型6例、奇静脉增宽型12例、数目增多型2例和混合型3例。结论腹腔横切面血管位置、内径及数目异常,常提示胎儿合并不同类型的CCVD,作为胎儿CCVD筛查的常规切面。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the value of abdominal cross-section in the screening of fetal CCVD by analyzing the ultrasound features of transverse section of fetal abdominal cavity in congenital cardiovascular malformations (CCVD). Methods 207 cases of fetal abdominal cross-section diagnosed as CCVD were divided into four types according to the abnormal features of descending aorta, inferior vena cava and azygos: location abnormal type, azygos vein widening type, increasing number type and mixed type The correlation between different types of abdominal cross-sections and CCVD was analyzed. Results In our study, there were 23 cases with abnormal abdominal cross-section, including 6 cases with abnormal location, 12 cases with widened azygos vein, 2 cases with increased number and 3 cases with mixed type. Conclusion Abdominal cross-section vascular location, diameter and number of abnormalities, often prompted the fetus with different types of CCVD, as a routine section of fetal CCVD screening.
