热处理炉的节能应考虑多种因素和采取综台措施。据统计,目前机械行业中共有热处理炉8万余台,年耗电约23.9亿度,占整个机械行业用电量27%。估计到本世纪末,全世界钢产量若达到17.5亿吨,需要热处理的各种产品、零件、材料,将会有5.6亿吨,是70年代的9倍,要消耗大量的热能,而热处理的能耗一般约占产品成本费的15%左右、我们热处理炉多为苏联或仿苏式的旧型炉,多半又是自己设计制造的非定型产品,热效率低,几十年如一日,能源消耗高。当前,全面分析研究探求热处理炉的节能,就成为一个十分重要而紧迫的课题。
Heat treatment furnace energy saving should consider a variety of factors and take comprehensive measures. According to statistics, at present, there are more than 80,000 heat treatment furnaces in the machinery industry with an annual power consumption of about 2.39 billion kilowatt hours, accounting for 27% of the total electricity consumption of the machinery industry. It is estimated that by the end of this century, there will be 560 million tons of various products, parts and materials requiring heat treatment if the world’s steel output reaches 1.75 billion tons, 9 times that of the 1970s, and a large amount of heat energy will be consumed. Consumption generally accounts for about 15% of the cost of the product. Most of our heat treatment furnaces are Soviet-type or imitation-Soviet-style old furnaces, most of which are non-stereotyped ones designed and manufactured by them. The thermal efficiency is low, and energy consumption is high for decades. At present, a comprehensive analysis of the energy-saving heat pump to explore, it has become a very important and urgent issue.
