《浙江工业大学学报》编辑部在处理稿件流程中,过去一直采用手工的方式,编辑被囿于烦琐的事务性劳动之中。自从以自己编辑部工作流程为蓝图,利用 Excel 开发出自己编辑部稿件处理流程的管理数据库系统进行稿件的管理后,使编辑部稿件处理基本实现自动化,能及时掌握稿件的来源及审稿与发表的进度情况,摆脱了烦琐、低效的状况。本文给出了数据库的构建、功能、权限的设置与保护以及使用中存在的问题。
Journal of Zhejiang University of Technology editorial department in the process of dealing with manuscripts, the past has been the use of manual methods, editing was cumbersome affairs of labor. Since the workflow of our editorial department is a blueprint, Excel is used to develop a management database system that manages the manuscript processing flow of editorial department. This article gives the database construction, function, authority setting and protection as well as the use of the existing problems.
