文章以常州市部分中小学体育教师为调查对象,主要采用专家访谈、问卷调查、实地考察和数理统计等方法,对其专业化现状进行分析研究。结果得出:中小学体育教师继续教育存在着很大障碍;教师专业化发展的动力不足;职称结构比例不合理,体育教师工作量比较大;部分教师对学生心理素质的培养不够重视,学术成果形式单一,体育教师教科研能力还需加强,为促进其专业化水平发展提出具体建议。
Taking some PE teachers in primary and secondary schools of Changzhou as the research object, this article mainly analyzes and analyzes the present situation of PE teachers through interviews, questionnaires, field trips and mathematical statistics. The result shows that there is a big obstacle to continuing education for primary and secondary school PE teachers, lack of motivation for professional development of teachers, unreasonable proportion of professional title structure and relatively large workload for PE teachers. Some teachers pay less attention to students’ psychological quality development. The form of a single physical education teachers need to strengthen the ability to teach, to promote the development of their professional level specific recommendations.
